Sometimes I plan poorly and all of a sudden it’s Clean Monday and the first day of Lent and therefore strict fast, and seemingly all of my food has dairy and/or meat in it, so I’m reduced to trudging to CVS on my lunch hour so I can buy a can of lentil soup. And sometimes I pair this with a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios and pretend that real adults eat like this.
Then I post about it on the internet so you’ll all be aware of a) my lentil-eating and b) my Lent-observing, because that gives me MORAL HIGH GROUND +10. (I’m kidding, obviously.)
But really, how does one person own so many food products that require milk or butter in their preparation. Really.
